Here is a cute and simple home accent. I ended up having a 72" Round tablecloth that I bought when we had a round dining table but now that we have a rectangular table it seem like such a waste.

Looking for a cute little addition to a doorway's decor? Well why not try to make this easy door knocker or as I like to call it a doorbell knocker since it's positioned right over my buzzer. I will admit I rang my own doorbell a few times to try him out and then just for fun. It was a good addition to my Halloween decor, the kids really seemed to like tapping on the knocker before entering our spooky hallway. We eventually started getting mentioned to other kids so after the first hour we were asked if we were the haunted house that everyone kept talking about for the towers. In the spirit of Halloween I decided to make a new toy for Saphira or more so reinvent an old one. I bought a few racket balls for Saphira since I figured she would like playing with them and they don't seem to hit as hard as a tennis ball when thrown at the walls. Well she hated them, I'm not completely sure why except it's probably the taste of the rubber. After looking at patterns one day I found a really cute bat. I used the pattern as a basis since the original ends up being much larger. I have included a PDF pattern of the wings and tail, the body and ears can be found on the original pattern's link. Here we have part two of the Spooky Friends with a party of cozies. The same lineup as the Halloween wreath and all the scary fun and trouble when they are separated. These drink cozies are great for parties to help identify everyone's drinks. Use the inspiration found here to add a few more characters to the lineup for even more spooky friends.. |
