Halloween is less than a month away and I have already started the decorating process. Like a friend of mine said if they are already selling Halloween stuff in July/August, then it's fair game to start decorating. This project is pretty easy since its mainly chaining.
Please note that the lacing is stiff and can cause irritation to your hands while crocheting. I did have to take breaks in between or used band-aids to stop the wear on my skin since I weave my yarn/lacing through my left hand to keep tension and even stitches. But it was an easy price to pay for a cool Halloween decoration. I have provided a free PDF pattern at the bottom of this post. Enjoy!

Now you can fasten off or continue as established to make the web even larger. Depending upon space for mounting the web you can either chain off of the 12 points and connect them into a larger space or for a smaller space connect with fishing line off of the 12 points.
For the spider run fishing line from the spider and hang above the web. Or using the web's chain links stick the spiders legs through the chains to secure the spider.
